Full payment required by
credit card at time of
booking. The value of
any booking made will be
refunded in full if the
vehicle is unavailable as
requested.

All fully confirmed bookings
will receive a TAX
INVOICE / BOOKING
CONFIRMATION via
email from snowlimo.com.au
. NO INVOICE = NO
BOOKING.

WAITING TIME IS
CHARGEABLE FOR ALL BOOKINGS
Waiting
time past the booked pickup
time is chargeable.
It is
the passengers
responsibility to provide
sufficient notification via
phone / txt on 0438 577 322
if transport (e.g flights /
oversnow / trains etc) are
delayed.
-To
provide sufficient notice we
suggest that you send a
confirmation txt prior to
boarding your flight /
transport .
-After 30
minutes of non-notified
vehicle waiting time ,your
booking may become subject to
vehicle availability.
- 5 SHOPPING - If you wish to
stop for prebooked lunch/shopping,
time is available.Charges will be to the
credit card provided for the
original booking.

Prices are valid for ANY DAY
during the 2010 ski season

Vehicles are available to be
hired at ANY TIME,
Surcharges apply for travel
between 10 PM and 8 am

All bookings subject to
vehicle availability and
weather conditions or road
closures.

Booking payments are
non-refundable, but are
transferable subject to
vehicle
availability within the 2010
ski season (minimum 48hrs
notice required ). Should
travel be required within
48hrs of the original
booking time & date, then
the original booking shall
be cancelled (not
refundable) and a new
booking shall be made, which
is subject to vehicle
availability and is
fully chargeable.

We recommend
passengers purchase travel
insurance, to cover travel
costs associated with your
booking with us. We have
a strict no refund policy on
all snow transfer bookings.

Alteration to any booked
details incurs a $55 fee per
change.

CARRIAGE OF SKI EQUIPMENT IN
STRETCH LIMOUSINES - CANNOT
be carried safely in or on
these vehicles, please contact us if you
wish to carry skis /
snowboards

No More than 2 pieces of
SOFT LUGGAGE per person - 1
medium sports style bag + 1
hand luggage per person. All
luggage being transported is
the passengers
responsibility at all times.

Oversnow transport -
Transport is provided to or
from the OVERSNOW TERMINAL
at Falls Creek Village,
unless you are staying at
Falls Creek Country Club,
Altezza 1570, Quay West, St
Falls, Alpine Woodsmoke,
Alpine Treetops where we can
drop you directly at your
accommodation pending road
conditions.

Safety seats - may be hired
at additional cost ($33 per
seat per one-way transfer, $55 for return journeys). Booster type seating
can be provided free of
charge.

alter terms & conditions
without notice
- 17 RESORT ENTRY is not included in our pricing, It is the passengers responsibility to pay any resort entry fees upon entry to the mountain.
